FY 2026 Diversity Visa Lottery Registration Open October 2
The Diversity Visa Program, known internationally as the Green Card Lottery, allows eligible applicants to submit a registration starting on October 2, 2024, and ending on November 5, 2024. Eligibility requirements include:
Being a native citizen of a country with a low immigration rate to the United States
Having graduated from high school or its equivalent or having qualifying work experience
Each year, the U.S. Department of State puts out a list of eligible and ineligible countries. This year’s list is here https://travel.state.gov/content
