Attorney Adrienne J Vaughan has more than 20 years of experience exclusively practicing US immigration law. She has recently served (2019-2024) in elected positions on the Executive Board for the 900-member New England Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She has worked with multi-national companies, small start-ups, premier hospitals, and universities. She has also represented a wide range of individuals in family or marriage-based immigration (green card) matters.

Nat graduated from Cambridge College with Master of Management. She joined the team in January 2022, assisting the attorney with legal and admin work, and is looking forward to working with our clients. Nat has spent time living in Southeast Asia and is fluent in Thai.

Hannah earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She believes that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy and contribute to the United States. She enjoys analyzing complex immigration issues and getting to know clients personally and is passionate about helping clients work towards their goals.
Hannah handles a wide range of non-immigrant cases including H-1B, O-1, and TN. She also utilizes her excellent writing skills to draft green cards in the categories of National Interest Waiver (NIW), Outstanding Researcher, and Extraordinary Ability , as well as PERM Labor Certifications.
Ciara Shanahan

Ciara earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2023. Her keen interest in immigration law, combined with her background in labor relations, provides a unique perspective to her role. Ciara enjoys interacting with clients and supporting them throughout their immigration journey, bringing both dedication and insight to her work.
Ciara handles a wide variety of non-immigrant cases including H-1B and E3, as well as Naturalization and family-based green cards.
