New Visa Services Provider for Several Countries

On September 30, 2024, the Department of State launched the Applicant Visa Information Tracking System (AVITS) to enhance the experience for visa applicants. AVITS has been rolled out in several countries, including but not limited to Belgium, France, Nigeria, and Rwanda.  The goal is streamlining visa appointment scheduling and improving overall service delivery.

Applicants from these countries with visa appointments scheduled under the previous system, AIS US, will keep their original dates, and new account registration instructions will be sent directly to their registered email addresses.
