The Trump Administration Directs Greater H1B Compliance Measures

The US Department of Labor, Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice have all announced their intention to utilize greater compliance initiatives to ensure that H1B program rules are being followed.  This includes the creation of a public website to report H1B abuses, an additional audits and site visits of H1B employers.
