TPS Ending for Nicaragua

On November 6, 2017 the DHS announced that it will terminate TPS for Nicaragua. The termination will be delayed for twelve months, or until January 5, 2019.  If you currently hold TPS for Nicaragua, you should ensure that you consult with an immigration attorney about your options at your earliest opportunity.
