Temporary Protected Status for Sudan, Venezuela, and Ukraine has been extended
On January 10, 2025, the Department of Homeland Security announced the extension of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Sudan, Venezuela, and Ukraine for 18 months. This extension is due to ongoing armed conflict and extraordinary and temporary conditions that continue to prevent Sudanese, Venezuelan, and Ukranian individuals from safely returning.
