USCIS Reaches Fiscal Year 2024 H-1B CAP

The USCIS on December 13, 2023, has confirmed that they have received a sufficient number of petitions to meet the congressionally limited H-1B caps (quotas) for both the regular and U.S. Advanced degree categories. A “third lottery selection” will not be held this year.  For those who submitted registrations and are not selected, the USCIS will update online accounts to reflect this status in the coming days.
