A Second FY2021 H-1B Lottery?

Without any advanced notice, the USCIS has just made further selections of H-1B registrations for the FY2021 cap. These selections have been taken from those pre-registrations already filed in March 2020. The new H-1B filing period is August 17 through mid-November 2020.
