VISA ISSUANCE IN RUSSIA SUSPENDED/REDUCED

The US Embassy in Moscow has indicated that, effective 8/23/2017, non-immigrant visa operations in Russia will be suspended.  When they begin issuing again (only in Moscow) in September, the number of visa appointments will be severely curtailed.
